It has more level, and it feels like they worked more on the ideas of these levels. It's still quite messy but then that's why it's the 3DS version. The definitive reason why it's deeper is because once you finish the game, you unlock all the levels in hard mode and they're completely different. ...And the final boss is A LOT better in the 3DS version.
