up the game and go to Games & More ⇒ Vault ⇒ Replays and select the replay you want to post. Then select Send ⇒ Post to YouTube and Miiverse. Replays will be converted into video format before posting to YouTube.

You will need to update the software to version 1.1.0 or higher and have a Nintendo Network ID and Google Account to use this feature.
